NSP Grantees

Grantees are the heart of NSP, as they work on the ground level to purchase, rehabilitate, and resell foreclosed properties in especially hard-hit neighborhoods that might otherwise become sources of abandonment and blight within their communities. HUD has allocated $5.85 billion to 309 NSP-1 grantees and 56 NSP-2 grantees.
